Sometimes it seems that we lack the forces and that any effort
leaves us breathless.
At times overwhelmed, tired and discouraged
that we do not see a way forward.
Years and body-marking
refuses to fight for what keeps us alive
and overcome laziness, fatigue and boredom. However
spirit is stronger than the body and if we
goals, hopes and dreams,
if we are convinced that what we
is something helpful and it makes sense, the final extract
force discouragement,
the illusion of pain, the joy of boredom
and find ways to continue working, walking and fighting
